PSM has a long history of providing structural design for food processing plants, distribution centers, and commercial freezers. Because of our scope of projects, we have specialized knowledge of construction types, methods, and local codes for this particular building type. This is especially important for processing and cold storage facilities, where refrigeration machinery and insulation details significantly interface with the structural design. We also have significant long-term relationships with other experts in this field. Our experience in this type of structure allows us to provide economical designs and to respond rapidly with preliminary and final design documents.

Many of our projects are contractor-led Design-Build, and we have enjoyed close collaboration with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Therefore we can bring specialized knowledge on reducing construction costs to every project.
