Lamb Weston | ConAgra Foods Processing Facility

This potato processing facility, which increased capacity of the existing plant by 300 million pounds per year, includes a total of over 350,000 square feet of Processing, Freezer, and New/Remodeled Office Space. PSM’s well developed ability in Building Information Modeling was instrumental to the success of this fast-track project, which integrated mechanical and food processing equipment, precast concrete elements, and steel framing in limited spaces.
