Design of a multi-building complex. Most buildings were 5 stories of apartments over multiple levels of post-tensioned slab parking garages. Two story townhouse units front a lawn, nature trail, and lake.

This site was, for many years, a resort area with cabins and other lakefront amenities. Recent urbanization obscured the beauty and desirability of the location. This apartment development, close to a Transit Station and other amenities, reclaimed the sites ambiance and character.
