PSM Consulting Engineers provides structural engineering for new buildings, rehabilitation of existing structures, special studies and analysis of existing facilities, analysis and design of telecommunications support facilities, and design of industrial facilities, especially for the food processing and distribution industry.

Our private sector work includes medical facilities, office buildings, churches and design of industrial facilities, especially for the food processing and distribution industry.

Existing Facilities
We provide a variety of services for the analysis and rehabilitation of existing facilities. We have been active in seismic remediation work for over 30 years, beginning with early work for the Seattle School District.

We are frequently involved in the rehabilitation of other facilities that have deteriorated because of environmental exposure, including food storage facilities and waterfront structures.

Telecommunications Infrastructure
We are leaders in providing structural engineering support for the telecommunications industry. Our services include design and analysis of existing towers and poles for new equipment, design for rooftop mounted units, and the design of new buildings for equipment.
